When we auto-download your inventory from Amazon Seller Central, your current selling price is downloaded and saved in the repricer under the 'Max' column with the 'Min' field value being zero.
To reprice an SKU, the 'Min' field must be populated with a non-zero number.
The value you save under the Min or Max field needs to be your floor and ceiling price, meaning, below/above which you do not wish to reprice an SKU.
To the Min or Max price that you input in the repricer, you have the flexibility to add additional markup to cover your costs associated with the selling.
These additional costs can be defined in % of the Min or Max field value that you set for each SKU. These are controlled by floor rule#35(a) and ceiling rule#42(a) on the Settings>Repricing>Repricing Model>Floor/Ceiling tab.
Below is an example for better understanding,
SKU = ABC123
Min = $10
Max= $20
Floor Rule#35(a) is defined as 125% of My SKU Cost-Min
Ceiling Rule#42(a) is defined as 150% of My SKU Retail-Max
In this scenario, your Floor price will be 125% of Min price, $10, that is, $12.50 and your Ceiling price will be 150% of $20, that is, $30.
With the above setting, the repricer would not reprice you below, $12.50 or above $30.
If you do not configure rules #35(a) and 42(a), $10 will be your minimum selling price and $20 will be your maximum selling price.
