Amazon at times may merge/change ASIN value assigned to a specific item. If you do not input the correct ASIN value when uploading the information to ChannelMAX, repricer would not consider such SKUs in repricing. Hence, you should always make sure that the ASIN in ChannelMAX as well as in Amazon Seller Central is 100% correct. You may refer the following steps to find new ASIN for an error ASIN.
Open Google Chorme or Fire Fox
Login to unified.channelmax.net
Click on 'Inventory Multi-Channel'
1. Click on brown color horizontal bar
2. Click on the count below 'Error'
3. Click on green color 'Go'
4. Click on 'Amzn US' near ASIN (PS: It will divert you to Amazon buybox info page)
5. Click on the number of offers ( xx new..)
6. In the page opened, you will find the new ASIN in the url. Below images help you understand how ASIN B00DR07LV6 is changed to B004AUKHOK in amazon.com.
