If you are running a promotion on Amazon by setting items to "On Sale," then ChannelMAX can feed the sale price to your Amazon Seller Central account. For feeding the sale price from ChannelMAX to Amazon, we would need a flat file uploaded via 'Fileuploader' with the following columns:
SKU(SKUs that are to be on sale)
SalePrice
SaleStartDate (Column value should be in the MM-DD-YYYY HH:MN format)
SaleEndDate (Column value should be in the MM-DD-YYYY HH:MN format)
SellingVenue
SalePrice
SaleStartDate (Column value should be in the MM-DD-YYYY HH:MN format)
SaleEndDate (Column value should be in the MM-DD-YYYY HH:MN format)
SellingVenue
Please note that the timestamp updated in the system will be in GMT. Hence, generally for the USA time zones, the system will update the time by subtracting 5 hours. Meaning, in the file, if you set the time as 6:30, the system will consider it as 1:30. Here is a sample file format
Once this file is uploaded successfully, you will see this information under each SKU, when it's expanded under the 'Sale Price' tab as shown in this image from our demo account.
Finally, please make sure that option#2(j) is set to "Yes" in option#2 'Additional Settings' by navigating to 'Settings-->Selling Venues' for the associated Amazon locale to skip repricing the SKUs '2(j). Don't Price-Update If SKUs On Sale'.
