eBay Global Shipping program

You may refer to this page to setup eBay Global Shipping program in ChannelMAX.

We can setup your ChannelMAX account to process eBay orders thru Global Shipping Program. If MCF is already enabled in your account, by following below mentioned 2 simple steps, we would be able to add eBay Global Shipping Program to your account. If MCF is not yet setup in your ChannelMAX account, may refer to this help link to setup MCF.

1) As a first step, ensure that you have signed up for Global Shipping Program within your eBay account.

2) Secondly, tick mark option#"6f Convert Ebay Global Shipping Orders to MCF" under 'Legacy-->myAccount-->Channels-->Ebay US(or eBay UK as appropriate)'.

When these 2 steps are completed, we would download eBay orders with GlobalShippingID#, which will display in ChannelMAX under 'Legacy-->mySold-->All Sold Items' page below buyer's address details.

When this eBay global shipping reference ID is displayed, order is automatically converted thru ebay's Global Shipping Program. Below is the screenshot of a eBay order processed through Global Shipping program.
